Naples

Naples is a very characteristic and beautiful city to visit. You can’t visit it all in one day, but you can choose from the wealth of its most beautiful monuments: the Archaeological Museum, the Duomo, the Monastery of Santa Chiara, Piazza Plebiscito, or don’t miss the underground Naples, which saw the passage first of the Greeks, who dug underground tunnels to extract the tufa used for building, then the Romans, who used the underground tunnels to create a network of aqueducts to supply the city.

Pompei

Pompei hosts visitors from all over the world every year because its archaeological park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
What is striking about the archaeological area is not only the buildings of the Roman civilization that offer themselves to the viewer in their beauty in part still intact with mosaics and frescoes, but the sight of the plaster casts that represent as if frozen in time the agony of death that befell the ancient Pompeians due to the hot gases from Vesuvius.
