DEFINITIONS
User – refers to any person, you, who enter, read, and/or uses this site and all that it has to offer.
gorometour.com– refers to gorometour.com website and/or the travel agency St. Peter travel.
We – refer to gorometour.com and/or St. Peter travel agency.
Provider – refers to any person not employed directly by GoRomeTour/St.Peter Travel who provides services under the guidance of GoRomeTour/St.Peter Travel. It may also be referred to as a 3rd Party or 3rd Party Service provider.
Credit – refers to credit voucher/gift cards for future purchase. Credit cannot be redeemed for cash value. Credits are good for 36 months and can be renewed for an additional 36 months by emailing info@gorometour.com prior to the initial 36 months.
Website( site) – refers to gorometour.com and any link available from or within the website, but does not include any external websites or links to external websites not belonging to or controlled by gorometour or St. Peter Travel or a related company doing business as gorometour or St. Peter Travel.
Material/s – refers to physical material and items contained in this site that can be extracted. Emails, video, software, photographs etc.
Small Group tour – A tour that has people from multiple parties and a tour guide. Group size varies as advertised on our website, but your group may be accompanied by others.
Semi Private tour – Is referring to a group of people from multiple parties which can reach a maximum of 6 people in the group.
Private tour – Is referring to a tour that is conducted privately without outside participants. This means that is only for your family or group of people you booked for and your private guide.
Museum Tickets/admission – refers to the fee charged in order to enter museums, archeological sites and/or desired historical sites of importance.
Booking confirmation – is a confirmation sent via email or fax that confirms services have been confirmed and reserved.
Reasonable Action – any action that remains within the laws of the country in which the action is taken and does not end in a financial loss for GoRomeTour, St.Peter Travel or any of its associates.
Clients – users that have accepted terms & agreements of gorometour.com and/or St.Peter Travel and have paid or eventually will pay for services. This agreement will either be made after the booking process on our site by purchasing our travel products or with a member of our travel planning team via email.
Drivers – refers to service professionals that operate cars, vans, helicopters, boats, buses and/or any vehicle powered by an energy source.
Travel Services – Services offered by gorometour.com and St. Peter Travel at a fee which help with the planning of your vacation, including hotel reservations, land transfers, transport bookings, restaurant bookings, extraordinary requests and planning hours.
YOUR CONTRACT WITH gorometour.com and/or St. Peter Travel
When you make a booking with gorrometour.com and/or St. Peter Travel you undertake that you have the authority to accept and do accept these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your party. These conditions in conjunction with the information set out on our website form the entire agreement between yourself and gorometour.com and/or St.Peter Travel. We reserves the right to change these terms & conditions without notice.
We offers you the opportunity to purchase tourism-related products and services without registration. Each product and service includes the following features, which you automatically agree to upon purchase the followings:
– booking the tour/trip, part of it or a specific experience, in the cities we advertise.
– assistance from gorometour and/or St.Peter Travel staff, to the best of their abilities, for the duration of the service
– opportunity to notify you about new or alternative products and services similar to what you are buying.
– opportunity to notify you about new tours or services we believe is fitting your needs the best.
PRODUCT VALIDITY, MODIFICATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Products offered by gorometour.com and7or St. Peter Travel are valid as per the dates and times displayed at gorometour.com. gorometour.com and/or St. Peter Travel is not responsible or liable for any information that it does not directly provide.

We do not charge a fee to amend or change the dates or times of an existing booking, as long as the request is received by our Customer Care team more than twenty four (48) hours ahead of your confirmed tour date. This is accepted for all tour except for the one such as the Colosseum tours or the Vatican tours or borghese Gallery tours where tickets are not refundable. If we will able to change your tour date or time we will eventually do it because we want you to be satisfied but we can’t guarantee it because date/time change request are subjects to availability.
gorometour.com reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour that you have booked at gorometour.com and/or St. Peter Travel at any time, for any reason.
PRICES
Prices are fixed at the time of booking and generally will not be subject to surcharges. The only exception to this will be an increase in our costs arising as a result of any government action or ticket price increase without warning. Museum tickets/admissions are also subject to change without notice due to the addition and removal of Exhibitions by the museums. We only state this to reserve the right but have never had to enforce it.
Prices can change for special short promo.
Prices are set in euro currency.
Our tour start from a certain euro cost and will arrive up to another euro costs based on the number of adults or children part of the booking. We will not be responsible for any mistake you commit at time of booking with, number of people, categories young or adult, date and time of booking for the tours.
SPECIAL OFFER AND PROMO CODE
Promo codes and special “offers” are subject to the terms of each offer. This means that the details of the offer described in each place of advertisement. They are also subject to the below terms.
- You cannot use two promo codes or two offers at once in any situation.
b) Promo codes are valid only for their advertised discount. If an additional amount is discounted due to technical issues with our website or human error, gorometour.com and/or St. Peter Travel has the right to the right to request additional payment to cover the difference. If the client refuses to cover the difference, We friendly cancel the tour.
c) Promo codes are usable only for the persons that they are offered to if received via email unless explicitly written otherwise. Promo codes are not a “right” nor an “entitlement”. They are usable only as described and are not applicable to past purchases.
PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
gorometour.com and/or St. Peter Travel accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. All credit card processing fees are built into our prices. You will not be charged additionally for cc processing at checkout. Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as St.Peter Travel on the credit card statement. Tours & Activities cancelled 48h or more in advance will be given a credit voucher/gift card equal to the amount spent for future purchases. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, which may vary by tour, situation, or case. Fees are not limited to, but could include the ticket cost for tours that require the purchase of a ticket in advance. All cancellations should be submitted via email specifying on the email object: Cancellation for the tour of ( name the tour) , in the email specify your name and surname, date of the tour, time of the booking. No voucher will be given if the cancellation is made within 48 hrs of our tour. No credit voucher for a tour is available once the tour has commenced. Refunds are disbursed at the discretion of management.
For any reason the tour will be canceled within the 48 hrs of the tour we do not offer voucher or refund.
If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation or nonrefundable costs, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
TRIP PLANNING
Trip Planning includes transportation, hotels, restaurant reservations and activities.
A fee is charged for trip planning.
We offer free consultation for planning but once the plan is accepted by you then a fee for booking is charged.
The consultation can be conducted via Skype at a link we will give at time of the meeting and everything decided during the meeting will be followed by a written email. We will not do any booking before a contract for trip planning will be accepted, signed and sent back to us through email.
CANCELLATION DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE
Cancellation due to Force Majeure or reasons beyond our control will result in a credit given or refund. This will be decided at the discretion of management on a case by case basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TRIP PLANNING
St.Peter Travel and/or gorometour.com reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for any trip cancelled from 30 days prior to the arrival date up to 72 hours prior to the arrival time. Arrival time is defined by the time in which you are scheduled to arrive on the first day of your trip.
St. Peter Travel and/or gorometour.com reserves the right to withhold the full cost of the vacation for any trip cancelled within 24 hours before the time of arrival in first destination.
St. Peter Travel and/or gorometour.com cancellation policy may not coincide with the hotel booked, or car services booked or tickets admissions. In this case we list here the type of cancellation policy for :
CAR SERVICES:
HOTELS: Every time you will decide to bool an hotel this will be confirmed and decided tighter trough email, and we will send you the cancellation policy and the contract to be signed before the confirmation and bookings.
Tickets:
if in the website referring to the tickets museum or archeological site tickets cannot be refund then you will not receive any tickets refund.
TIME & DATE CHANGES BY gorometour.com and/or St.Peter Travel
We reserve the right to change the start time, date, meeting point of any tour or service you book through gorometour.com and/or St.Peter Travel or any affiliate companies. Changes like these happen in response to changes in the tourism landscape.
Some tours are more likely to undergo to a time or date changing such us all the Colosseum tours, the Vatican tours and Borghese Gallery tours.
In case we make the change you have the possibility to accept or refuse the changing and if you will not accept we will refund you at the discretion of management on a case by case basis.
Date & Time Zone for In-Person Tours
All date and time calculations are to be made in the time-zone of the city in question. e.g. If the tour is meant to take place in Rome, Central European Time (CET).
INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES AGREEMENT BETWEEN USERS & gorometour.com and/or St. Peter travel
gorometour.com and/or St. Peter Travel are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage that occurs during the use of its services i.e. robbery, car crash, illness, acts of terrorism, fallings, people fights.
gorometour.com and/or St. Peter Travel is not responsible for the actions of its 3rd party service providers such as drivers or guides.
We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur in case you use a cooking class or restaurants where you are going to eat or drink. This is included in the 3rd party service providers.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We advises all clients to purchase travel insurance in every circumstance possible. We can also recommend at times recommend an insurance provider, but we are not a certified seller of insurance and we do not take responsibility for future disputes with any recommended seller of travel insurance.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
Travelers needing special assistance must report disability or allergy to info@gorometour.com and/or St.Peter Travel via email info@gorometour.com at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate all travelers but not all historical sites are equipped for those who have walking difficulties. Travelers should know that handicap access is not required in Italy such as in the United States (Americans with Disabilities Act). Some sights, such as The Roman Forum, will be difficult to access for those in wheelchairs.
We rommend Private Tours for any customer with serious mobility issues.
LUGGAGE DISCLAIMER
We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items during tours. We partners with the best transport providers, attentive guides, and service providers, but it is the responsibility of each participant to keep a watchful eye on their personal effects. We always recommends that travelers have adequate insurance to cover these issues.
HOLIDAY OR MUSEUM CLOSURES
gorometour.com and/or St.Peter Travel has done all adequate research and planning to be sure its clients are able to do all of the tours scheduled on gorometour.com website but we cannot be responsible for strikes within Italy. If there is a museum or archeological site closure due to strike or bad weather. We cannot take responsibility as there is no way to know in advance. We will try our best to reschedule any affected tours, but successful rescheduling to meet client needs cannot be guaranteed. Most museums in Italy reserve the right to close at an instance notice for any reason they deem necessary.
YOUTH DISCLAIMER
Any child who partecipate on our tour, transfer, and to any other services we offer must be accompanied by an adult and supervised by an adult during the entire length of the city tour/vacation package/service. St. Peter Travel and/or goromertour.com cannot take responsibility for minor children during the length of a tour, services, transfer vacation and any other kind of serivices we offer.
DISABILITY DISCLAIMER
It is highly recommended that persons needing special assistance book a private tour with a companion that is physically able and completely responsible for providing assistance. Even if St. Peter Travel and/or gorometour.com will do as much as possible to accommodate those with disabilities, we cannot be responsible for personal assistance and, in order to allow you to enjoy the tour and to give you flexibility with times and to ensure the best tour route we recommend you to book a private tour with a personal who can assist you so that everything will be planned in advance to meet your needs.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not sell personal information, content or data. We use your data only for booking purpose with 3rd parties.
